Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel's rooms boasted a lovely view of the water despite being outdated and in desperate need of upgrades, overlooking a huge and dingy parking lot. The overall appearance was weary, but the location was great for morning walks, watching the ferry, and accessing downtown. The service was a mix of helpfulness with restaurant recommendations and a startling encounter of opening the door without warning. The dining experience was overall good, mirroring a chain hotel setup.
I just stayed at this hotel five days ago, and I have mixed feelings about it. The location is brilliant, right in the center next to the city pier with a great view. The rooms were clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the service was somewhat helpful, but they charged an additional $25 per night above the quoted price and even skipped cleaning our room on the second day.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was quite comfortable, and being right next to the pier provided a nice view during walks. However, there was a huge empty space where a little table and chairs should have been.
The hotel has a fantastic location right on the harbor, making it very convenient for visiting Port Angeles. The rooms had a musty smell and some maintenance issues, but they are available at a premium rate. The service was quick to respond to requests and friendly, with a few hiccups in directing us to our room. While the dining experience was hit or miss with delays in serving, the tandoori dishes were a highlight. The facilities were satisfactory with shops and laundry services available.
The hotel had a mixed experience with some positives like quiet and well-appointed rooms, but also some negatives such as dust in places and a moldy smell. The location was great for visits to Olympic National Park, but the dining situation was a bit confusing with additional charges. Overall, decent value for the off-season rates.
The hotel's location is superb, overlooking the water and right by the pier, offering a stunning view of the harbor. The rooms are spacious with reasonable amenities available, but they give off a motel vibe on a freeway. The service was exceptional, with quick issue resolution and friendly staff. The dining experience, although okay, seemed pricey with additional charges. Overall, a great value for the money with some room for improvement in certain areas.
